FAQ

How fast do I get my purchase?

Killfeed colors, chat tags, clan-tag recolors and paint unlocks apply within seconds, while you are playing — the server picks them up live, no restart needed. Priority queue activates within a few minutes. Items are handed to your character the next time you log in.

Do I have to be online when I buy?

No. Everything waits for you. Perks are stored on your Steam ID and are there whenever you log in; item deliveries sit in the queue until your character is in the world.

Where do I find my Steam64 ID?

Open steamid.io, paste your Steam profile link, and copy the 17-digit number labelled steamID64 — it starts with 7656119. It is public info, not a password, and it is all we need.

Is any of this pay-to-win?

No. Everything sold here is cosmetic or convenience: paints, colors, chat tags and skipping the login queue. Nothing gives you more damage, better loot or an edge in a fight.

I typed the wrong Steam ID — can you fix it?

Yes, open a ticket in our Discord with your order number (shown right after payment, and in MY PURCHASES). We can move a delivery to the right account.

Can I get a refund?

Digital goods are delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final — but if something did not arrive or arrived wrong, contact us on Discord and we will fix it or refund it. Full details on the refund policy page.

What happens if the server wipes or shuts down?

Perks, paint unlocks and priority queue are tied to your Steam ID, not your character — a wipe does not remove them. Item deliveries are consumed when they spawn on your character, so a wipe after delivery clears them like any other loot.
