Terms of Service
These terms cover purchases made on lordsofpvp.com, the store for the Lords Of PvP DayZ community server. By buying something here you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.
WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
Every product in this store is a digital benefit inside our private DayZ server — a cosmetic unlock, a colour, a chat tag, a priority-queue position, or in-game items. You are not buying software, an account, or anything you can take outside our server.
Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use that benefit on our server for as long as the server runs. They are tied to the Steam64 ID you provide at checkout.
NOT PAY-TO-WIN
Nothing sold here increases damage, changes weapon behaviour, or gives a combat advantage. Products are cosmetic or convenience only.
YOUR STEAM64 ID
Delivery is automatic and depends entirely on the Steam64 ID you enter. Check it before paying. If you enter someone else's ID, they get the purchase. If you enter an ID that does not exist, nothing is delivered. Mistakes can usually be corrected — open a ticket in our Discord with your order number and we will move it.
DELIVERY
- Perks and paint unlocks (killfeed colour, chat tag, clan-tag recolour, skin access) apply to the live server within seconds.
- Priority queue activates on your Steam ID within minutes and runs for the period bought; buying again extends the time you have left.
- Items are delivered to your character the next time you are in game.
If a delivery fails for a technical reason, we fix it or refund it — see the refund policy.
BANS AND RULE BREAKING
Buying something does not protect you from moderation. If you are banned for cheating or breaking server rules, your purchases stop working with the ban and are not refunded. Rules are published in our Discord.
CHANGES TO THE SERVER
This is a community server that gets updated, rebalanced and occasionally wiped. Wipes do not remove perks, unlocks or priority queue, which live on your Steam ID rather than your character. We may change or retire a product; if a product you are actively paying for (priority queue) is retired mid-term, you get the unused part back.
If the server shuts down permanently, time-limited products that have not run out will be refunded on a pro-rata basis where PayPal still allows it. One-off unlocks are not refundable once delivered.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable tax. Fraudulent payments and chargebacks result in removal of the purchased benefits and a store ban.

Lords Of PvP is an independent community server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bohemia Interactive or Valve. DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive. All money paid here supports server hosting and development.
